Miley Cyrus and Katy Perry gave the paparazzi something to snap at last night when they turned up to the MTV Music Video Awards together.
The pop pals were going tete-a-tete in the Best New Artist catagory and dismayed fans by getting tabu of the same limo.
The I Kissed A Girl singer embraced her inner pin-up in hot drawers and a halter she'd picked up at a charity store, while Miley went for a more sophisticated look.
The pair's friendship hit a rough patch recently when Katy revealed she would love to recreate the on-stage kiss made renowned by Madonna and Britney Spears at the 2003 MTV Video Music awards.
Miley was less impressed with the idea, telling reporters, "No thanks!
"She sang on my record. So I think she's tolerant of acquiring back at me, because she was doing harmonies and backgrounds."
But judging by their girly flirting at last night's VMAs, it seems the pair have put their spat well and genuinely behind them:
